Kenneth R. Shannon

Kenneth Ray Shannon, known to many as “Kenny Boy,” passed away on March 6^th at age 84.  He was a beloved father (Patricia Maxwell, Kathleen Compton, Barbara Moser and Sally Thompson), grandfather of ten, great-grandfather of nine and friend to many.   He was preceded in death by his two sons (Michael and Robert), wife (Ramona) and brother (William).   Born in Toledo, he lived most of his life in the Cincinnati area.   Owning several businesses over the years, Ken had a multitude of interests through which he met many people.   He was a gifted woodworker who loved to create and invent.  He enjoyed spending time at his farm, speeding along in his Kubota or sitting in front of the fire or on his porch.   He will be remembered by his family and friends for his generosity and fun-loving nature.

Memorial visitation on Thursday, March 12 from 11:00 until memorial service at 12 noon, Hodapp Funeral Home, 6410 Cincinnati-Dayton Road, Liberty Township.
