Addie C. Appenfelder

 Addie Cleora Limer Appenfelder Born March 2, 1937 In Simpson, West Virginia. Died October 2, 2024 In Mason, Ohio.  Daughter of the Late Richard Thomas and Clementine (McDaniels) Limer. 

Addie was proceeded in death by siblings: Alvin McDaniels, Richard Limer, Katie (Lovie) Chester Benedum, Eva (Don) Dean, Stella (Ross) Harris, Jean Limer, Doug (Sue) Limer, Donny (Sonya) Limer, Denver Thomas (Winnifred) Limer, Nieces: Donna Dean, Brenda & Sharon Lynn Harris, Regina Benedum, Mary Jo Limer, Jodi Limer, Rayanna & Samatha Limer, Toxanna Limer, Nephews: Dever Thomas Limer, Keith Dean, Ross Jr, Dennis, David Alan Harris, Chester Jr, Tommy, Ricky Benedum, Doug & Michael Limer, Tony Limer. Special nieces Dawnya, Brenda, Chrissy. 

Addie lost her dear friend Jolene Nestor in December of 2023. They had been friends since high school. Graduating in 1957. Addie had attended their high school reunions in West Virginia until her health started to deteriorate. 

Addie worked at Formica Corporation from 1964 till she retired in 2002. She loved her job. and would work 12-16 hours if the company needed her too. Addie had lots of friends from church, coworkers, beauty shop, neighbors, which she genuinely loved. Addie had a giving heart. Sometimes to a fault. Addie never wanted people to know how softhearted she really was. Her favorite vacation was going to Hawaii with her friends. 

Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at Hodapp Funeral Home 8815 Cincinnati-Columbus Rd. (Rt. 42) West Chester, OH 45069 from 12 noon until the time of the funeral service at 1 p.m. Interment will be held at Gate of Heaven Cemetery following the funeral service.
