Albert P. Yauch

Albert Yauch (AKA Al) changed his address from Mason, Ohio to Heaven on August 25, 2024 at the age of 90 with his family by his side. Al was the oldest of 4 children born to his parents Edwin H. Yauch and Marian C. Barker. Al is preceded in death by his wife Dorothy, daughter Sandra Patton, his parents and siblings - Donald Yauch, Robert Yauch and Patricia Nichols. Dorothy was the love of his life and they were happily married 57 years. Al is survived by one daughter, Kimberly Richardson (Gary) and 4 grandsons - Brandon Yauch, Nick Richardson, Tyler Richardson and Mitchell Patton. Al joined the Air Force at age 18 where he was a motorized vehicle electrician and served his country proudly during the Korean War. After his military service, Al was employed at Ford Motor Company where he retired after 33 years. Al got to enjoy 33 years of retirement doing the things he loved like fishing, looking for treasures at flea markets and spending time with his family. 

Al will be remembered and honored on Friday August 30th, 2024. Visitation will be from 1-2 pm with a celebration of life service to follow at 2 pm at Hodapp Funeral Home 8815 Cincinnati Columbus Rd., West Chester Township, OH 45069. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
