Rother, loving mother of Ron (Kate) Rother, Jenny (Adam) Andreas, Maria Rother, Andrea (Joe) Coleman, grandchildren Piper, Graydon & Thatcher Rother; Makenzie, Ellie & Sophia Andreas; Lillian & Reed Coleman. Bertie is survived by her loving sister Patti Clock-Hanlon (Mark) and preceded in death by her parents, Albert & Leila Clock and sister Diane Dirr. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Bertie passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 13, 2025 at the age of 87. Bertie was an avid bridge player and was known to be in 3 or 4 clubs at a time. She enjoyed traveling, shopping and spending time with her grandchildren. Her quick wit and humor kept us laughing to the very end. Her smile and kindness and gentle spirit will be greatly missed by all. She made the world a better place. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24, 2025 at St. Rose Church, 2501 Riverside Drive, 45202 from 9:00 AM until Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM. Our family would like to thank the kind team at St. Elizabeth’s Hospice for the loving care provided to Bertie in her final days.
