Allen J. Witt

WITT, Rev. Allen Julion "A.J." was born June 28, 1937 in Tyner, Jackson Co., Kentucky, being a Lamb of God with his profession of faith in Christ Jesus, faithful member & servant of Mission Baptist Cincinnati, would depart this earthly life Saturday January 3, 2015 at Hospice of Southwest Ohio, in Madeira, Hamilton Co., Ohio at the age of 77. Allen was the son of the late Kellis and Emily Francis Montgomery Witt. Allen was preceded, to be united in death, wedded husband, and faithful companion in Christ of Shirley Mae McGeorge Witt for 54 years, two nephews Cecil Ray Tincher, Charles Wayne Tincher, and one grandson Christopher Robert Witt. Allen is survived in memory by one sister Glaydes Lee Witt Tincher, two sons Jerry Allen Witt, Jeffrey Dean Witt, three grandsons Eric Allen Witt, Ian Trevor Witt, Jared Julian Witt, one great-grandson Montgomery Allen Witt, a host of nephews & nieces with memories of a loving father & friend by all whom he had occasion to inspire. Funeral Service arrangements presided by Hodapp Funeral Home 8815 Cincinnati Columbus Road, West Chester, Butler Co., Ohio. Visitation Services to be held Thursday January 8, 2015 5-7 p.m. Memorial Services with Dr. Bill Rains officiating to be conducted Friday January 9, 2015 at 11 a.m. with interment services to follow Rest Haven Cemetery.
