Andrew Conner Phelps

PHELPS, Andrew Conner. Loving son of Brian and Patti (nee Fyffe) Phelps. Devoted grandson of Bill and Dixie Phelps and Tom and Betty Fyffe. Cherished friend of Maggie Laib. Also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Passed away Saturday, February 7, 2015, at the age of 20. Visitation at Northminster Presbyterian Church, 703 Compton Rd., Finneytown, Saturday from 10 a.m. until funeral service at 12 noon.
