Grandfather of Bob, Steve, Michael, Brittany and Megan and great grandfather of Kiya and Kinsley. Brother of the late Pete Mullins. Art passed away Sunday, January 6, 2019, at the age of 87. Visitation at Hodapp Funeral Home, 7401 Vine St., Carthage, Thursday from 11 a.m. until funeral service at 1 p.m.
