Barbara Ann Fennell

 Barbara Ann Fennell (nee Rank) passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 22, 2024 at the age of 81. She was born in the Bronx, New York to the late Dolores and William Rank. Barbara was preceded in death by her husband of 28 years George Fennell and her youngest daughter, Lauren Fennell. She is survived by her eldest daughter, Kimberly, who was her pride and joy and her most treasured accomplishment. Barbara was a loving aunt to many nieces and nephews. She was a great friend to many throughout the years.

Barbara had many hobbies such as flower arranging and crafting. Barbara had a flair for fashion and as a retailer her entire life she excelled from selling sweaters and knitwear to her final retail job in fine jewelry at Dillard’s. She relished the thrill of shopping; always on the lookout for the bargain price or the best deal. 

Barbara had a spot for her furry friends, treating each and very one like the valuable family member they were. From her poodles to white labrador she loved them all the same.

The celebration of her life service will be held on Tuesday July 23, 2024 at Hodapp Funeral Home,8815 Cincinnati Columbus Road, West Chester, OH from 10 am until the time of the funeral service beginning at 12.

The family wishes to extend heartfelt thanks to all the staff that have cared for Barbara over these past few months.
