Betty J. Hatter

Betty Jean Hatter, 84 passed away peacefully June 19, 2019 surrounded by her family. She was the beloved wife of Lyndale "Dale" Hatter for nearly 66 years, loving mother of Jimmie (Elizabeth) Hatter and Gwendolyn Hatter, dear grandma of Kelly (David) and Natalie Kiser. Betty was also the sister of Adrian Richardson, Viola Olinger and Juanita Gourley. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Luther and Jennie Richardson, and two brothers Clay and Frank Richardson.

Betty was a homemaker. She loved cooking and baking, listening to bluegrass music, watching old westerns, playing cards, and bowling when she was able. She loved her family and the Lord most of all. Those that knew her, would say she was the sweetest person, and it was absolutely true. Miss Betty, as some called her, loved completely and gave the best hugs. She will be missed very much by those that love her.

Visitation at Hodapp Funeral Home, 7401 Vine St., Carthage, Monday, June 24, 2019, from 12 noon until funeral service at 1 p.m. Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Assoc. or Hospice of Cincinnati.
