Betty J. Holbrook

HOLBROOK, Betty Jane (nee Breneman), Beloved wife of 64 years to the late Earl Francis Holbrook.  Loving mother of Dale (Sandy) Holbrook, Sylvia (Bob) Miner, Brian (Julie) Holbrook and Sally Glenn. Grandmother of Michael, Ashley, Zack, Allison, Jennifer, Steven, Stephanie and James. Betty and Earl resided in Kenwood for 48 years. She was a realtor for 50 years, an avid bridge player and traveled the world with her devoted husband Earl. A resident of 15 years at Mason Christian Village, Betty ran the library as a dedicated volunteer, organized bridge clubs and was always smiling and helping others feel welcome at MCV. She was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church for 58 years and a devoted fan of the Cincinnati Reds. Betty cherished her time with her family, especially her 8 grandchildren, and her numerous close friends who became her extended family. Betty passed away, Monday,  April 6, 2015, at the age of 89. Visitation & Services will be held Saturday, April 11, 2015, at the Mason Christian Village Chapel, 411 Western Row Rd. Mason, OH 45040 from 9 AM until the time of funeral service at 10:30 AM.
