PHILLIPS, Beulah (nee Lewallen). Beloved wife of the late Charles Phillips. Loving mother of Janice (Scott) Sharp. Cherished grandmother of April (Roland) Shoff and Tracey (Kelly) Jones. Great-grandmother of 2 and great-great grandmother of 5. Passed away on December 13, 2020 at the age of 92. Visitation will take place at the Hodapp Funeral Home 7401 Vine St., Carthage, Monday from 10AM until Funeral Service at 11AM. Burial will immediately follow at the Arlington Memorial Garden’s.
