Bev McKnight

Bev Mcknight (88) a resident of Elmwood Place was born September 1, 1933 has passed away on June 20, 2022. He is survived by his loving wife and best friend Eliza Jane McKnight  who he has been married to for 72 years. Bev (Mac) retired from Central Steel & Wire Co. while he and his wife also ran McKnight Ceramics for 3 decades. He is survived by (brother) Bob, 3 sons Dana (Sharon), Gary (Mamie), and Paul. His grandchildren Nikki, Joann, Julie, Lisa, Jeff and Shawna, 9 great grand children and 1 great great grandchild. Bev was a family man first and always kept busy tinkering on something. He took pride in everything he did, helping everyone along the way. This one of a kind man lived a full life and will surely be missed. Visitation will take place at the Hodapp Funeral Home 7401 Vine St., Carthage, Friday from 10AM until Funeral Service at 11AM. Internment to follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
