Billy R. Russell, beloved husband of Linda C. Russell (nee Sizemore). Loving father of Jennifer (Rob) Gador and Ronda (Brian) Carter. Caring grandfather of Jesse Russell, Cody Gador, Mariah Gador, Brandon Carter and Christian Gador. Brother of Iva (Don) Johnson and the late Kathy (Tom) Barge. Passed away July 22, 2018, at the age of 80. Visitation will be held Friday, July 27, 2018 from 11 a.m. until the time of service 1 p.m. at the Full Gospel Assembly Church 11850 N Lebanon Rd, Loveland, OH 45140. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the church.
