Beloved husband of the late Peggy Sue Maxfield. Loving father of Jeffrey (Debra) Maxfield, and the late Beverly Rhea Williams. Dear grandfather of Stephanie (Mitchell) Maxfield-Williams and Logan Maxfield. Preceded in death by his parents and nine siblings. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Bobby enjoyed being outdoors hunting, fishing and trapping. However, gardening was his pride and joy -- his vegetables won numerous awards at the Hamilton County Fair over many years. This caused Peggy Sue many hours of work canning his produce. Bobby passed away Thursday, May 12, 2022 at the age of 87 while sitting outdoors on a beautiful sunny day. Visitation will be held at Hodapp Funeral Home, 6410 Cincinnati Dayton Rd., Liberty Twp., OH 45044, on Monday, May 23, 2022, from 10 AM until time of funeral service at 11 AM. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Crossroads Hospice of Cincinnati or Bethany Church.
