Carl J. Giacci, beloved husband of the late Wilma Giacci, loving father of Lisa (Jim) Wanstrath and the late Gregory Giacci, caring grandfather of Eric (Melissa), Garrett, Amy (Chris Wright) Giacci, Jamie (Tim) Lehane, Kelly Wanstrath, Kristen (Luis) Wanstrath Liste, Jason (Kelly Doughty) Wanstrath and Bryon Wanstrath, great-grandfather of Shelby Nungester, Zach (Laura) Rice, John (Tara) Belanger, Aaron Lehane, Evan Lehane, Skyler Mustard, Camden, Declan, Finnegan and Lincoln Wanstrath, Arielle, Cameron and Evelyn Giacci, great-great-grandfather of Havaena Mae Belanger and preceded in death by a great-great-grandchild. Brother of the late Daniel Melillo, Mary Halford, Anthony Giacci and Loretta Carusone Contabile. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and life-long friends. Carl was a Veteran of the United States Army and served in World War II. He retired from General Motors in Norwood, OH after 35 years. Passed away May 15, 2021 at the age 97. Visitation will be held at the Hodapp Funeral Home, 8815 Cincinnati-Columbus Rd.
