Carol Ann Slandzicki

Carol Ann Slandzicki (nee Brzozowski). Loving mother of Ryan and Alex Slandzicki. Preceded in death by her brother Walter Brzozowski Jr. and her parents Walter and Stella Brzozowski (nee Sobolewski). Carol was born on September 9, 1948, in Brooklyn, NY and raised in Queens, NY. She graduated from Salve Regina University, in Newport, RI with a bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology. Carol successfully worked in medical sales most of her career. Including becoming part owner of her own company. Carol passed away February 14, 2018, at the age of 69. Memorial visitation will be held Sunday, April 15, 2018 at Hodapp Funeral Home 8815 Cincinnati-Columbus Rd., (Rt.42) West Chester, OH 45069 from 1 p.m. until the time of memorial service at 3 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association  http://act.alz.org/site/TR?pxfid=461579&pg=fund&fr_id=1060
