Carol E. Besl, age 88, of Mason, passed away on June 24, 2016.
Carol was born on September 21, 1927 in Cincinnati to the late Raphael and Clara Ruthemeyer. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Raymond Besl and her brother, William Ruthemeyer.
Carol is survived by four children: Deborah (Dave) Strieter, David (Debbie) Besl, Theresa (Kerry) Collier and Jill Besl; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
There will be a gathering of friends and family at 10am on Saturday, July 2 at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church (330 Lebanon Street, Monroe, Ohio 45050). Mass will follow at 11. Carol will be laid to rest beside her husband, Ray at the Lebanon Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, please send donations in Carol's memory to Alzheimer's Association, Parkinson's Foundation, and/or Hospice Care of Middletown.
