DUGGINS-REECE, Carolyn (nee Howell), Age 75, beloved mother of Tony Duggins, Rita (Larry) Broman, Johnny (Joyce) Duggins and Norman (Helen) Duggins. Dear grandmother of 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Loving sister of Bobbie (Skeeter), Howard (Marlene), David (Gail), Michael (Amy) Howell, Marie Elaine (Bob) Hanke and the late Agnes Mason. Also loved by many nieces, nephews, friends and family. Carolyn grew up in Bethel, OH and was known for being the kindest and most loving person anyone could know and will forever be in the arms of Jesus.
