Charleen Ray Webster (nee Lamb) Beloved wife of Roger L. Webster. Loving mother of Norman L. (Melinda) Applegate, Sherry Taylor Applegate, Charles O.C. Applegate. Grandmother of Erica Taylor, Nikki (Mike) Newton, Jayme (Bryan) Wirthwine, Brittany (Eddie) Johnston, Samantha Young, C.J. Applegate, Katelyn Applegate, Skylar Applegate, Austin Applegate and Karley Applegate. Also survived by 7 great grandchildren. Sister of Sonny Balts, Roger T. (Genie) Lillie and Angelia Rice. Passed away Saturday, February 24, 2018, at the age of 68. Visitation will be held Thursday, March 1, 2018 at Hodapp Funeral Home 8815 Cincinnati-Columbus Rd. (Rt.42) West Chester, OH 45069 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Funeral service will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at the Funeral Home. Memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society.
