Charlene Alice Harper

Charlene Alice Harper (Morgan). Beloved wife of 42 years to Bill Harper. Loving mother of Kathleen Neumaier and Mark (Barbara) Hess. Devoted grandmother Gina Justice, Sara Neumaier, Chole Hess, Hannah Hess, Noah Hess and Faith Hess. Great grandmother of Armanti Justice-Payne, Gage Neumaier and Brayden Neumaier. Sister of Jack Morgan, Betty (John) Spraul and the late Ray Morgan, Joe Morgan and Mary Ann Tygrett. Sister-in-law of Lucille Morgan. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her stepson Rodney Harper and her parents LeRoy and Beatrice Morgan. Passed away March 25, 2018 at the age of 85. Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 4, 2018, at Hodapp Funeral Home 8815 Cincinnati-Columbus Rd. (Rt. 42) West Chester, OH 45069 from 11 a.m. until the time of funeral service at 12 noon. Memorial donations may be made to American Diabetes Association.
