Charlene Hinnenkamp
Born to the late Dorothy and Ralph Mersch February 7th, 1944 in St. Bernard, Ohio. Survived by her loving husband, William Hinnenkamp, whom she married at St. Clement Church on September 5, 1964. They spent 57 years together. Beloved mother of Gary (Lynne) Hinnenkamp, Sherie (Matt) Vallo, and Lori (Bill) Beer. Dear Grandmother of John Hinnenkamp, Haley Hinnenkamp, Alexis Hinnenkamp, Nick (Kate) Vallo, Sarah (Kevin) Frank, Megan Vallo, Christina (Jayson) Lindsay, Morgan (Taylor) Chance, and Patrick Beer. Dear Great-Grandmother of Carter Frank, Cooper Chance, and Benjamin Lindsay. Cherished Sister of Sr Diane Mersch O.S.F., Steve (Elaine) Mersch, Greg (Deb) Mersch, and Tim (Barb) Mersch. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Charlene passed away under Hospice of Dayton care on Monday, June 20, 2022. Charlene was an amazing mom, grandma and great-grandma. When people think of her they will remember her infectious laugh, that she was a kind and caring listener to many and how she loved life and always had a great time. Charlene spent her life as a homemaker, loved her time living on a farm in New York raising her family and loved spending time with her family and extended family. Visitation will be held at St. Clement Church, 4536 Vine St., Cincinnati, OH 45217, on Thursday, June 23, 2022, from 10 AM until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM.
