Charles E. Best Jr.

BEST, Charles E., May 23, 1929 – October 13, 2014, a former Ford Motor Company executive for over thirty years and a veteran of WWII, passed away in Cincinnati, Ohio on Monday, October 13, 2014. He was 85. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Dona Best, his sons Charlie and Carey Best, daughters Charlana Vaughn, Bridgette Fredenberg, and Debbie Hippensteel, 13 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, who loved him exceptionally, as he loved them. Charley treasured family gatherings at holidays and camping across the United States with his family. He was also an avid Ford race car enthusiast. The world was truly blessed to have him among us. Many lives were impacted by his dedication to God, Country, and family. Visitation to be held at the Hodapp Funeral Home, 8815 Cincinnati-Columbus Rd.
