RAMSEY, Charles R. III Loving husband of 51 years to Donna K. Ramsey (nee Albu). Beloved father of Michelle (Dave) Egbert, Julie and Rob (Laura) Ramsey. Loved grandfather of Jonathon, Wayne and Carolyn Egbert and Mitchell and Emma Ramsey. Dear brother of Lois (Steve) Barnes. Charlie was a long time resident of West Chester who retired from Local 392 to the lovely country life of Ripley, OH. After a 9 year battle with cancer Charlie passed away peacefully on August 29, 2013. Age 68. Visitation will take place at the Hodapp Funeral Home 8815 Cincinnati-Columbus Rd., (Rt. 42) Tuesday from 5PM until 7PM and Wednesday from 10AM until Funeral Service at 11AM. In lieu of flowers the family request donations may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati or to charity of donor’s choice.
