Chester T. Mills

MILLS, Chester T., beloved husband of Audrey Mills for 68 years. Passed away suddenly at the age of 95. Loving father of Paula Clifford, Ronnie Mills, and the late Donna Taylor. Dear grandfather of Melissa Crawford, Douglas Clifford, the late Nicholas Taylor, Christen Mulvihill, and Briana Pennington. Dear great-grandfather of 6. Chester was a World War II Army Air Force Sergeant and Gunner Instructor. He was the recipient of an American Service Ribbon, Good Conduct Medal, Artistic Pacific Ribbon and 3 Bronze Stars. He was a Member of the Masonic Carthage Lodge #573 F&AM; 33 degree AAS Rite of Cincinnati, and a member of the Syrian Temple Shrine, and Senior Shrine. Chester was a member of F.O.P. Queen City Lodge #69, Ohio State Ranger member and member of CCC Chapter #27. Chester retired from Ford Motor Company and was a family man who loved hunting, boating, and vacations to the beach. Visitation will be held at Hodapp Funeral Home, 8815 Cincinnati-Columbus Rd., West Chester, OH, on Tuesday (3/3) from 11:30 a.m. until time of funeral service at 12:30 p.m. Memorials may be made to the Shriners Burn Institute in Cincinnati, Ohio.
