Clarence E. Ochs

Clarence "Gene" beloved husband of 59 years to the late Marian (nee Rickling), loving father of Nancy (Charlie) McDonald, Tom Ochs, Diane (Sam) Browning, Sharon (Keith) Moody, Janet Volpenhein, Larry (Ellen) Ochs and Patty (Greg) Pratt, dear grandfather of Kristin, Ryan, Kevin, Justin, Andrea, Kim, Chris, Matt, Sarah, Nikki, Cory, Christina, Tyler, Briana, Justin and Lauren; great-grandfather of Ash, Gabe, David and Ella. Brother of Dolores Dolan. Gene was an accountant at G.E. who enjoyed his family, faith, cards and travel. He was proud to have liberated Gunskirchen Lager concentration camp while serving in the 71st Infantry Division. Passed away Friday November 14, 2014 at age 89. Visitation at Hodapp Funeral Home, 6041 Hamilton Ave., College Hill, Monday 4-6:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Clare Church, 1443 Cedar Ave., College Hill, Tuesday 10 a.m. Memorials may be made to Jesuit International Missions.
