Connie Hall-Plumbo

Connie Hall-Plumbo, beloved daughter, sister, mother and friend, passed away on Tuesday, December 17th, 2013. Survived by her parents, Darrell and Margaret Hall, her brother, Cam Hall, her children, Rachael, Stephanie and Cody Agee and her grandson, Liam Woolery. Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd from 11am-1pm at Hodapp Funeral Home – 6410 Cincinnati Dayton Rd, Liberty Township, OH 45044. Ceremony and burial to follow at Butler County Memorial Park – 4570 Trenton Oxford Rd, Trenton, OH 45011. In lieu of flowers Memorial Donations may be made in memory of Connie c/o Hodapp Funeral Home.
