STEERS, Dan. Cherished husband and best friend of Julie (nee Lovett) Steers. Loving father of Amy (Dave) Seilkop, Mikal (Stacey) Steers; Lori (Pat) Stillwagon, Ami Finn, Heidi (Damon) Tucker and the late John David Steers. Beloved PopPop of Skylar, Jakob, Cody, Melani, Anna, Maxine, Kyle, Addie, Carly, Mikal Jr., Luke, Jack, Charlotte, and Vivian. Devoted son of Janet and the late Bill Withworth. Dan was a retired police officer, avid golfer, Clovernook Country Club member and strong supporter of U.C.'s Athletic Program. After a battle with lung cancer, Dan passed away at St. Elizabeth Hospice Monday, December 22, 2014, at age 65. Visitation at Hodapp Funeral Home, 6041 Hamilton Ave., College Hill, Friday Dec. 26 from 4-8 p.m. Funeral service at Spring Grove Norman Chapel, 4521 Spring Grove Ave., Saturday Dec. 27 at 11 a.m. Memorials may be made to Cincinnati Police Museum, 959 W.
