David A. Tacosik

TACOSIK, David A., beloved husband of 45 years to Nancy A. Tacosik (nee Millner). Loving father of Scott (Kelli) Tacosik and Jennifer (Brad) Stevens. Grandfather of Cory, Carter and Caden Tacosik, Sidney and Zachary Stevens. Brother of Tom (Linda), Ed (Patti) and John (Jody) Tacosik. David retired from Lakota School District after 35 years and was very involved in the West Chester Community including serving as a Trustee for four years. Passed away, September 30, 2013, at the age of 66. Memorial gathering will be held Friday, October 4, 2013 at Hodapp Funeral Home, 8815 Cincinnati-Columbus Rd. (Rt. 42), West Chester, OH 45069 from 4:30 PM until time of memorial service at 6 PM.
