Dennis R. Nutting

Denny was born in Cincinnati, OH on February 16, 1948 to the late Duncan and Ruth Nutting. He was a graduate of Finneytown High School and proud alumnus of the University of Cincinnati. He married the love of his life, Patricia Cooke in 1969, they had two children.

Denny dedicated his life to his customers through his work at Anixter, Inc. for over 35 years. Denny was lover of horse racing and a true sports fanatic. Watching his grandchildren do anything was his favorite pastime.

Denny is survived by his devoted wife of 53 years, Patricia Nutting; two children, Nikole (Justin) Gibson; and Douglas Nutting; five grandchildren, Mikayla Nutting, Jax, Cy & Quinn Gibson; one great grandson; and many nieces and nephews.

Denny is preceded in death by his parents, Duncan & Ruth; his father and mother-in-law, Charles & Elsie Cooke; his brother, Thomas; his brother in law, Jack Cooke; and his granddaughter, Lexie Rae Gibson.

Visitation will take place at the Hodapp Funeral Home in West Chester, 8815 Cincinnati-Columbus road, West Chester, OH 45069, on Wednesday, October 5th, from 10:00 A.M. until time of funeral service at 12 noon.
