Our beloved mother and Mimi peacefully passed away in her sleep Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at her home in Cincinnati which she shared with her late husband Charles. She is survived by five children Charlana Vaughn, Bridgette Fredenberg, Debbie Hippensteel, and sons Charlie and Carey Best. Thirteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren received her love and attention as well.
Through the years, Dona and her husband traveled the Southwest United States extensively, enjoying the great outdoors and were always ready for a new adventure. She was an enthusiastic gardener and had a keen eye and talent for art. Her favorite things in life were family, good food and turquoise!
Visitation will take place at the Hodapp Funeral Home 8815 Cincinnati-Columbus Rd., (Rt.42), West Chester, Friday May 27th from 11AM until 12 Noon. Condolences at hodappfuneralhome.com
