Donald Starr Potter

POTTER, Donald Starr, age 87, passed away peacefully November 28, 2015 at home surrounded by family after a long illness. Beloved husband of 50 years to Gloria; devoted father to Timothy (Anita), Sharon (Mark) Cutting, Misty (Jay) Hein, Lisa (Antonio) Torres, Donna (Eric) Wilson, Andrew (Maria), and the late David Potter; and loving “Grampy” to Aaron, Erdem, Sinan, John, Elsa, Lena, Taylor, Ethan, Syrena, Alexis, and Alyssa. Born in Detroit, MI, Don worked as a senior tooling engineer in CA, WA, OR, MI and OH and was a member of the Society of Plastics Engineers. He retired from Kenner Toys in 1995. He was a devout Christian and had a deep desire to share the love of Jesus Christ and the gospel message of salvation. Visitation will be at Hodapp Funeral Home, 8815 Cincinnati Columbus Rd., West Chester, OH 45069, on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 from 6 pm until the time of service at 7 pm.
