GLAZE, Donald W. Beloved husband of Barbara A. Glaze (nee Appel). Dear father of Don Glaze, Joel Glaze, Danielle S. (Edward) Huff and the late Mark and Lisa Glaze. Loving grandfather of Danielle, Mark, Jeremy, Byron, Brynne, Brooke and 3 great-grandchildren. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Passed away June 22, 2015 at age 75.
