Donna J. Davis

 Donna J. Davis, 68, of Liberty Township, OH passed away Thursday September 12, after a long Illness from diabetes and renal failure, at Mercy Hospital of Fairfield.

 She was born in Sharonville Ohio in 1955, to James and Elizabeth Kumpf (Wynn). She attended Sharonville Elementary, Princeton Junior and Senior High School, where she made many lifelong friends. She positively impacted the lives of everyone she met throughout her life.

 Donna met the love of her life, Gary Davis in 1977, through the C.B. radio, not knowing they lived only 2 miles apart. She couldn’t believe that Gary lived in her dreamhouse that she saw each day from the school bus growing up. After 3 years of dating, they married September 6, 1980.

 Donna and Gary couldn’t wait to have children but had to wait 9 years to adopt Kristan. She proved the doctors wrong when she gave birth to Matthew 6 years later. She truly was a “momma bear” when it came to her children.

 She adored her grandchildren Raegan, Keegan, and Paisleigh. She is now getting to hold her premature grandsons Liam and Aiden. She also loved her fur grandbabies. She also had numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews that she loved.

 She enjoyed watching and bidding on everything from cleaning products to pillowcases on the Tuesday Facebook auctions. Her auctions friends quickly became like family.

 She is now reunited with her dearest friends Renita Rogers and Patti Vickery.

 She grew up attending Landmark Baptist Temple, which she continued well into her adult life. She held the teaching and beliefs close to her heart until the end.

 Donna is survived by brothers Thomas (Karen) Kumpf, Gary (Sue) Kumpf, and her sister Patricia Kilburn. She is Preceded in death by her sister Barbara Arthur.

 But we all know who her favorites were…..

Visitation will take place at Hodapp Funeral Home in West Chester, 8815 Cincinnati Columbus RD (US 42) on Tuesday September 17, 2024 from 10 until the time of the funeral service beginning at 12 noon. Burial will follow at Butler County Memorial Park.
