BYRD, Dorothy J. (nee Creech). Beloved wife of the late Homer Byrd. Dear mother of Hobert (Mary) Byrd, Brenda (Danny) Byrd, Darrell (Debbie) Byrd, Maureen (Dan) Kuntz, Sandra (Dennis) Ward, Jerry (Debbie) Byrd, Gary (Marilyn) Byrd, Dennis (Theresa) Byrd, Jamie Byrd, Rosemary Trippel and the late Homer Lee, David Howard and Douglas Paul Byrd. Also survived by 109 grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Sister of Jewell Manley and preceded in death by 5 sisters and 1 brother. Passed away Tuesday, January 13, 2015, at age 91. Visitation at Hodapp Funeral Home, 7401 Vine St., Carthage, Friday from 5 p.m. until funeral service at 7 p.m. Burial Saturday 1 p.m. at Hibbitts Cemetery in London, KY. Memorials may be made to Children's Hospital.
