Dr. William Wenhou Ma, 88, passed away on September 10th, 2020 in UC Hospital West Chester, Ohio. His is a long-time resident of Liberty Township in the suburb of Cincinnati, Ohio.
Dr. Ma was born on February 10th, 1932 in Heishan, Liaoning Province of China. In his twentieth, he pursued his medical education in Beijing Medical University and became a Doctor specialized in Dental and Oral Surgery. Upon his graduation, he was sent to the City of Qiqihar in Hei Long Jiang Province and worked for the Qiqihar First Hospital as a Dentist and Oral Surgeon, kicking off a 30-year career in medical field. In hisearly medical career, he also experienced a long period of hardship during China’s Culture Revolution in the 1960’s. His strong will and uncompromising attitude made him the survivor and ultimately thrived into his prime time after the end of Culture Revolution.
After retirement in 1990, Dr. Ma immigrated to The United States of America and joined citizenship. His favorite hobbies are reading and fishing with his family and friends. He will be deeply missed by them.
Dr. Ma is survived by his two sons, Peter and Andrew.
