PARTIN, Earl beloved husband of the late Maxine (nee Frasure), dear father of Janet (Francis) Hoeck, Deloris (Rod) Stone, Earl Michael (Robin) and Wayne Partin, loving grandfather of Angela, Tammy, Wade, Jody, Rodney, Charide, Chasside, Shawn, Davey and Jason, and great grandfather of 21, dear brother of Lee and Ancil Partin and Alice Frasure and brother-in-law of Arthur Frasure, Jr., also survived by many nieces and nephews.
