Eleanor G. Franecki

Eleanor G. (nee Guetlein) formerly of Cincinnati passed away November 22, 2015 in Salt Lake City, UT at the age of 96. Loving Mother of Dave Franecki, Barbara Franecki, Marilyn Chaney and Mark Franecki. Cherished grandmother of 7 and great-grandmother of 16. We are all thankful for the gift of life and care she has given us over the years. Eleanor grew up in Milwaukee after immigrating from Germany in 1923. She moved to Cincinnati in 1949. Eleanor loved to put on her square dancing shoes till age 85 and was an avid bridge player till age 94. Mark referred to her as a "little energizer bunny"-always on the go. Barb thought of her as a "toughee, full of vigor and life". All of her children learned from her example--that hard work combined with perseverance would eventually bring success. May she find the rest and peace she so longed for in this life. We will miss you!!
