June 4, 1927 — October 14, 2021

Elizabeth (Betty) Jane Kitrick, 94, passed away on October 14, 2021 surrounded by her loved ones in Cincinnati, OH.

Betty was born June 4, 1927 to her late parents Mathew and Eva (Schmidt) Bach in Cincinnati, Ohio. Betty was married to Bernard on June 26,1954. With Bernard, Betty was a co-founder of Kitrick Management Company. She was a devout Catholic who was always very involved in her church from early on as a young adult when she played the church organ, directed the church choir, ran the women's Catholic retreats for over 30 years with unprecedented attendance, and who never gave up the Latin Mass and traditional Catholic values. Betty was a beloved concert pianist and vocalist. She was ahead of her time in that she always believed in alternative medicine and a healthy lifestyle with clean water and organic products. She spread her love to almost half of the world by traveling to 84 countries and was never without a new story or adventure to share. Above all, she cherished spending time with her family. She was a devoted grandmother who fostered a world of curiosity and learning for her grandchildren, be it through piano, trivia, story telling or just hanging out and playing games.

She is preceded in death by her husband Bernard Francis Kitrick. She is survived by her son Mark (Java) Kitrick; her son Chris (Tomoko) Kitrick; her daughter Anne-Marie (Mark) Nightingale; her grandchildren Francis (Kat), Ian, Eileen Kitrick; her grandchildren Ellie Nightingale, Aaron (Eriona) Nightingale, Olivia (Mike) Roberts, Ashley (Tailor) Roberts, and Emma, Anne-Marie, and Amy Nightingale; her precious great grandchildren Lola, Isla and Luna.
