Stiles, Elizabeth Louise, a long-time resident of Monroe, Ohio died on Thursday, October 15th, 2015 at Hospice of Butler County. She was 83. Betty, to everyone that knew her was born in Middletown on January 29, 1932 to Carl and Elizabeth White. They both preceded her in death, along with her brother Frank White.
On the day she died, Betty was reunited with her beloved husband of 60 years, William "Pat" Stiles who had passed away in 2011. We are sure he met her at the gates of Heaven and he hasn't let go of her since. Betty devoted her life to her marriage and her three loving children; Jon Stiles and his wife Connie of Batavia, Jennie Ellers and her husband Brian of Liberty Township, and Teri Stiles of Forest Park.
Betty was a "working woman" as well, with a distinguished career in medical office management. First with Dr. Dick Nisbet at his ophthalmology practice, and then later in life she spent 20 years managing the practice for Dr. Louis B. Gaker. Her caring soul touched many lives in medicine over these years.
Betty is also survived by her five wonderful grandchildren; Matthew Sylvester, Megan Kamphaus and her husband Kevin, Andrew Sylvester and his wife Keely, Cody Ellers, and Ryan Ellers. And bringing amazing joy to her life and smiles to her face were her great grandchildren, Chase Kamphaus, William Kamphaus, and Keegan Kamphaus.
Services will be held on Tuesday, October 20th, 2015 at Hodapp Funeral Home, 6410 Cincinnati Dayton Road, Liberty Township, Ohio. Visitation will begin at 10:00AM, followed by a service at the Funeral Home at 11:00AM. A private family interment will immediately follow at Mound Cemetery in Monroe.
