CARSTENS, Eugene J., beloved husband of the late Donna Jean (nee Spacht) Carstens and Irene Frances (nee McKee) Carstens. Loving father of Diane (Charles) Havens and the late Mark S. (Barbara) Carstens. Brother to Geraldine (Robert) Lehnhoff and the late Vera (Frank) Reisiger. Eugene is also survived by close family and friends. He passed away November 28, 2015 at age 86. Visitation will be held at Rest Haven Mausoleum, 10209 Plainfield Rd., Evendale, OH 45241, on Saturday (12/5) from 10:30 AM until time of service at 11:00 AM. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 2808 Reading Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45206, and to Arthritis Foundation, 7124 Miami Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45243.
