Eugene Lee "Red" White

Eugene Lee “Red” White, age 94 of West Chester, Ohio passed Wednesday, February 9, 2022.  Loving husband of 72 years to Regina White (Robinson), father to Marsha (Todd) Hale and Brian (Karyn) White, grandfather to Kristin, Brooke, Josh, Blair and Kaley, great-grandfather to Lexi, Reese, Jackson, Zoe, Dillyn, Harper and Daisy.  WWII Navy Veteran who served his country well.

Born in Fisherville, KY to Ruby & Oscar, Gene is preceded in death by his parents, as well as sister Dorothy and brother Lawrence.  He enlisted in the United States Navy at the age of 17, and served in the Pacific during World War II.  Red married Regina Kathene Robinson (Heddy) in 1949 after coming home from the war.  He worked at Fox Paper Company until retirement, and was a charter member of the Pisgah Church of the Nazarene (now West Chester Nazarene Church).  He is a graduate of Lockland High School, and was an avid golfer and softball player.  He was a faithful husband, a devoted father, grandfather and great-grandfather, and a loving friend to everyone he met.
