Everett J. Joles Jr., 75, Loveland, Ohio died unexpectedly on Thursday, March 21,2019. Everett was born January 6, 1944 in Abilene, Texas to the late Everett J. Joles Sr. and Kathryn Dolores Joles (nee Frick). He was the first of three children. He is survived by his sisters Katherine Lotz and Patricia Ernstes.

When Everett was an infant, the family relocated to South Bend, Indiana. In his teenage years, Cincinnati, Ohio became the final destiny of the household. Everett was very proud of his Catholic upbringing and graduated from Roger Bacon High School in 1962. He was fascinated by History and briefly studied at Xavier University. He joined the United States Army in June of 1963 where he remained active duty through August of 1966. For decades he was Vice-President of Perry and Derrick Paint Company, founded in Cincinnati and greatly contributed to the success of the company.

Everett loved Notre Dame Football. He was always up for a spirited game of poker or trivia.

Everett’s life will forever be cherished in the lives of his three children: David C. Joles of Wesley Chapel, Florida, Jeanette M. Phelps and Thomas Bizzarri both of Cincinnati, Ohio, his daughter-in-law Marie C. Joles (nee Crema), and his grandchildren John C. Phelps, Samantha Joles, Natalie Joles, and Nicholas Joles.

Everett will be cremated.

Friends may call at Hodapp Funeral Home, 8815 Cincinnati-Columbus Rd. (Rt. 42), West Chester, OH 45069 on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. until time of Catholic Service at 7 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Everett Joles to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
