FIELDS, Deborah Lynn (nee Frederick), dear mother of Mandy Fields. Dear sister of Margaret Elmore, Tammy and Joyce Frederick, Sheila Barger and Mary Creekmore. Aunt of Tyler Frederick and survived by other nieces and nephews. Passed away Monday, April 10, 2017 at the age of 58. Visitation will be held at Hodapp Funeral Home, 7401 Vine St., Carthage on Friday, April 14, 2017 from 12 noon until time of funeral service at 1:30 p.m.
