Frances M. Hull

Frances M. Hull passed away surrounded by her Ohio Family, Wednesday April 22, 2020.  Frances was born in Paris Crossing, IN on February 10, 1939 at the home of her Grandparents and did not have a birth certificate until the 1970’s when she wanted to go on a cruise. She was preceded in death by Newell, her ‘love at first sight’, soulmate of 58 years.  She is survived by her Son, James Hull, James’ wife Heather and Grand dogs, Gracie, Rocko and Sadie.  Her Daughter Judy Hull Jackson, Judy’s husband Carl and Beloved Grandson, Benjamin Hull Jackson and more Grand dogs Agatha and Ruby.  She is also survived by a several Hempstead nieces and nephews from her 6 siblings. She was a member of the Sandlin Family (Her mother was Lettie Sandlin) that originated in Buckhorn KY and moved to Southern Indiana just before Frances’s birth in 1939.

Frances was a gentle soul, who never had a bad word for anyone and always looked for the bright side of any situation. Frances enjoyed her family and wanted to be with them and remembering them often.

Most of Frances’ life was being the light of her family.  She had a career as a Hairdresser and she worked from the back porch of the Middletown Indiana home.  Later, she worked for St. Johns Memorial Hospital in Anderson as a Nurse Aide.  She and Newell retired in the 80’s and moved to Sebring FL.  She was a member of Eastern Star, Middletown Conservation Club, Pleasant Valley Community Church (Middletown, IN), Eastside Christian Church (Lake Placid, FL), Telephone Pioneers of America (with Newell).  She and Newell did fundraising for the West Sebring Volunteer Fire Department and long-time Patron of the Highlands County Library and Faithful member of the “Jimmy’s Greek American Grill, Breakfast Club”.

At Frances’ request, no memorial service will be held.  She express that she wanted you to remember her fondly and spend as much time with the ones that you Love.
