Frederick "Fred" D. McBride
January 12, 1938 — July 14, 2018
Frederick David McBride, 80, of West Chester, Ohio, passed away Saturday, July 14, 2018, at Bethesda North Hospital.
Fred is survived by his wife Cheryl of 35 years, daughters Michelle Getz (Stewart), Danielle Watton (Mark), sons Scott McBride (Kim), Matthew McBride, Michael McBride (Daniella), stepsons Robert Witt, Michael Witt (Karen), stepdaughter Virginia Huber (Eric), 20 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Fred was a loving father, husband, and grandfather.
Fred loved nature and being outside. He liked watching football and playing golf. Fred had a great sense of humor and made everyone laugh. He loved technology and was always ready to test the latest gadget.
A special thank you to the people at Bethesda North Hospital for their loving care and support during his final hours. Also, the family would like to extend their sincerest gratitude towards Hodapp Funeral Home for being very accommodating and understanding during this difficult time.
Mass of Christian Burial for Fred will be at St. Saviour Catholic Church, 4136 Myrtle Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio, 45236 on Thursday, July 19th @ 10:00AM.
