RICE, Freida (nee Phelps). Beloved wife of the late Robert Rice. Dear sister of the late Carol Puckett, Reba Wilson, Dave Phelps, Bernal Phelps, Daryius Phelps and Harlos Phelps. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Passed away December 21, 2021 at the age of 89. Visitation will take place at the Hodapp Funeral Home 7401 Vine St., Carthage, Monday, December 27th from 11:30AM until 12:30PM. Burial will follow immediately at the Arlington Memorial Gardens.
