Gary Wayne Gibson

Gary Wayne Gibson went home to be with the Lord on September 10, 2020 at the age of 75.  He was preceded in death by his father Edward L. Gibson, and mother Elfreda (Spaw) Gibson. He is survived by his sister Rebecca (Gibson) Kluba, and brother-in-law Donald J. Kluba, along with many loving family members, friends, and dear caregivers at Mason Christian Village. 

Nobody who met Gary ever forgot him.  He possessed a keen intellect, quick wit, and bold, adventurous spirit.  Despite being wheelchair bound, he never let his physical disability keep him from living life to the fullest.  He loved to travel and explore new places, and during his lifetime visited many different countries.  He enjoyed meeting and conversing with people from all cultures and walks of life.  He was an avid fan of the Cincinnati Reds and Bengals.  His numerous interests included reading, writing short stories, listening to music, eating spicy foods, and collecting hats. 

A private funeral service will be held at this time. A memorial gathering to celebrate Gary’s life will be held at a later date.
