George E. Schmidt, age 64, died on Friday, January 6, 2017 at University Hospital. Born on December 10, 1952 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Joseph “Ted” Schmidt and Alma L. Schmidt. Loving father of Anna M. Schmidt, Kristin M. Goshdigian (James), Bridget M. Schmidt, and Adam E. Schmidt. He is survived by his children; grandson, Patrick H. Goshdigian; brother, Gene D. Schmidt (Regina); sister-in-law Vicki Schmidt and many cousins, nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ted and Alma; step-mother, Roselyn C. Schmidt; brother, Gerard T. Schmidt; and sister, Geraldine M. Trippel. A memorial service will be held at St. Robert Bellarmine Chapel (3801 Ledgewood Dr, Cincinnati, OH 45207) on Saturday, January 21, 2017 at 10:00 am.
