George Kindness

Originally from Glasgow, Scotland, George moved to America to pursue additional studies in biomedical science in the early 80’s. As a successful Pathologist, George eventually started his own practice in biomedical research and actuarial science. Among his many accomplishments, including numerous degrees, he was a loving father and friend to many. A complicated genius, George had an answer for everything. He was brilliant, witty and knew the most random facts about any and every subject. Told with his strong Scottish brogue (affectionally known to his daughter’s friends as “Shrek”) his wild stories brought laughter and joy to many who knew him. Although he could be cantankerous and stubborn at times, George had the biggest, most giving heart up until his last breath, and his kindness continues to survive him. He surely made an impression anywhere he went. He leaves behind his loving daughter, Molly Kindness, many friends, and his former wife, Sandra Kindness, who remained his confidant and support throughout his life.

A celebration of George's life will take place on Saturday September 17, 2022 from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the funeral service beginning at 11:00 A.M. at the Hodapp Funeral Home in Liberty Township, 6410 Cincinnati-Dayton Road, Liberty Township, OH 45044.
