George Montague Laughlin was called home to be with the Lord on April 21, 2016 at the age of 85. George was the beloved husband of Mary Wendelyn (Wendy) for 61 years; Devoted Father of Rosaleen, Timothy (Sheryl), Cynthia Fleming, Tom (Annette), Terry (Caroline), and Patrick. Proud grandfather of Jeff, Kevin, Brendan, & Rebecca, Michael, Allison & Bridget; Dear brother of Mike (Martha), and the late Jack (Charlene).
Born in Chicago, IL on 06/30/1930, Quigley H.S. (1947), B.S. in Economics Univ. of Notre Dame (1951), Air Force (1st Lieut.). George loved his career at The Kroger Co., starting as Manager of Training, and retiring as Vice President, Grocery Products Division.
